We run exclusively on YouTube. YouTube runs on Google's keyword intent data — meaning your ads reach homeowners the moment they're actively searching to sell. Our ISA team qualifies every lead across 6 key criteria: timeline to sell, motivation, estimated price point, mortgage and equity status, whether they're currently working with another agent, and pre-approval/financing status where applicable. Your team only receives appointments that meet your qualifying criteria.
Our Inside Sales Agents are North American-based — from the United States with a minimum of 5 years of real estate ISA experience. We do not use overseas or offshore call centers. Every conversation your leads have is professional, native English, and operates within North American business hours — no delays, no communication gaps.
Every appointment comes with a full written ISA briefing: homeowner name, contact info, property address, estimated price point, timeline, motivation, mortgage/equity status, whether they're working with another agent, and ISA call notes. Your agents walk in fully prepared — no cold introductions.
We target a speed-to-lead of under 5 minutes for all inbound leads. Response time is one of the biggest factors in lead conversion — the faster you reach someone after they express interest, the higher the likelihood of booking. Our ISA system is built around this principle.
